This home is—and always has been—a self-clean property. No one is going to come in to clean between you and the next guest as bookings are often back to back. It is essential that you and your group leave it in a clean condition.
Please complete all the cleaning tasks outlined on the checklist attached / linked below, and in general, leave the home clean and neat for the incoming guests.
📎 Cleaning Checklist
We reserve the right to blacklist anyone who doesn't clean up when leaving. If we get any complaints from incoming guests about messes left behind, the answer will be a hard "no" for future reservations.
"Your fate is in their hands, so be thorough and clean well!"
If you follow these rules, you will be invited back in the future.
Supplies & Sundries
Toilet paper, toiletries, plastic utensils, and other paper products can be used. Please replenish before you leave.
There is a small (2 qt) crock pot and a rice cooker in the pantry for guests. If you need something bigger, please bring it with you.
There is a 3 gallon drink cooler out on the porch.
Cleaning & Laundry
When planning your stay in Paris, please give yourself enough time to wash, dry and put away any used linens and towels before leaving. You are also welcome to bring in your own sheets, sleeping bags, towels, etc., if you would prefer not to do laundry before leaving.
The water in Paris is too cold to dissolve soap crystals if you run a cold cycle on the washing machine (but very delicious to drink). We suggest using warm wash for all laundry.
Wash, dry and put away all dishes before your departure.
